Matthew is an experienced PA with a background in orthopedic surgery, family medicine, and urgent care. In each area of medicine he has practiced it has always been his priority to care for every patient individually, including them in the decision-making for their treatment plan. Having previously taught high school sciences in the Knoxville area, Matthew returned to the East TN area from Michigan and teaches as principal faculty with the Lincoln Memorial University - Knoxville PA program, while also continuing to work with patients clinically. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy, and their three children doing pretty much anything outdoors.
